I caught the slip in spectrum, but honestly the glare of California’s sins just too fascinating in comparison and said little.
Still, looking back I did start keeping design and art to my daylight hours. The drift in hues from paint / pencil in daytime to the pall and wan washed-out moonlit quality we see under solid-state emitters cannot be shed. Before DTP, before booting ß Photoshop 1.0, I was already an accomplished airbrush artist used to command of color ramps and tint nuance. Flat screens and low-energy lamps solarize my gradients and cheapen my work from concept to execution - forcing color choices accommodating the worst-case. I’m also old enough to remember using computers outside, in the sun: able to clickety-clack all my live-long-day. Not anymore. I do still adore the CRT colorspace and now hoard dusty incandescent bulbs until the kids allow adults to buy them again. Not to be NIT-picky about luminance, but how can something touted so bright, be so hard to see when used outside? If you have older tech, you can see stark differences.
Colors are not the same when I draw under solid-state emitters and neither is your thinking - by intentional design. This is a deep dive into our shadows & the light.

One Base Zero: I’m not here to persuade, I’ll show you how I found this and what I understand. You know how to discern and check what is right.
First, our physical bodies are electrical. Far more than I ever suspected¹. Truthfully, it’s all we are allowed to grok, so we need to cut ourselves slack even as we admit to being punk’d. We are, in fact, more verb than noun: flowing, as circuits, mostly electromagnetic, maybe something unmeasured, flowing top-to-bottom inside-and-out as large anodes discharging current from sky to ground; starting with that prime radiant Sun on down to how water runs over your DNA crystals forming unique flowing circuits. Almost like it was tuned to some effervescent signal.

Counter to everything told us for generations, the research of Tufts’ Michael Levin with flatworms shows metabolic electrical networks & patterns determine our morphology - regardless of DNA inheritance². This is hard to swallow for Human Genome priesthood and goes against decades of scientific-scripture, but time to learn new reverences. A lot of money was made Working Maggies Pharma, but a bitter bread-pill for ‘investors’ told they can expect to rewrite who and what mankind is - like a bad haiku. They always have a Plan B.

Victorian-era scientists were well underway to properly measuring electricity and magnetism in useful modern ways, when c.1913 top-shelf medical tomes began removing any reference to human-electrical/magnetic fields, nothing of Kirlian energies allowed in journals, no awards & accolades for crystal resonance & bodily responses to light ‘most’ un-scientific. On, across decades until only hippies, and mystics, or gurus, played with music & crystals. Nerds did find Kirlian hobbies worth developing, but Academia ignored grant applications with real instruments with crazy-finger swirls and cuckoo clock noises for the 20th century.

Then, in the 1990’s this No-Go Zone was quietly inserted back into medicine as “Bio Field,”³ along with a constellation of frameworks and protocols, like consciously managing our own placebo effects with self-awareness and directed attention, or infra-red & light/energy therapies, to movement & balance, promoting deeper metabolisms until now we are allowed to bill Insurance ⁴.

This begs the question: What was worked on those decades, furtively, tuning secretive plans privy to our basic natures that we are long denied? What mischief fashioned? How were all those energy-researching physics-meets-MKUltra careers directed while we were punished if/when we wonder health might be more Energy+Radiation than Bio-Sludge Injections⁵
Because this is Rife technology; vibration and materials that resonate, trigger -or- directly feed our low-level metabolisms… Think more McCoys’ Star Trek healing rays and Enterprise’ med-beds… and less Olde Medical School stone bone-saws, leeches, or vaccines from puss of sick animals. Part of the new medical science is resonance treatments signaling our bodies as-if that material is present - and our bodies positively respond without invasive insertions.
The bureaucratic history of executive / political leadership choosing mood-depressive tech with known ill-effecs, must be reviewed and corrected - with public hearings.
Looking at sad state of American health and vigor we must judge failure; from dentistry to kinetic agency, to food basics, this does nothing for human healing. Abolish centralized medicine. Whatever price you think too high to leave the warm embrace of ‘known’ risks in XXIst medical systems, look at awful health and well-being stats across America after just three generations. Walk away.

Entanglement, much? The tobacco-colored sunrise of one last sultry Oregon summer dawn came with an interview of neurologist Jack Kruse… nudging me to think on a previous life, earlier times, walking Freret Street for chicory coffee each New Orleans AM.
I was nearby Jack, we just-overlapped, and can vouch for some of this as described & details are spot-on with mine. Jack relays some jaw-dropping political and scientific factoids. I know some corroborating details about that place and times and people.

Before Portlandia, when it was still just Keep Portland Weird, my High School girlfriend Kathy DeFehr had a sweet mom Joan, who married this Tulane professor Bob: giving Kathy free tuition & pulling the zombie lower-half of my body southward. There, I studied painting & art history, with both of us ending up at Tulane Architecture… before the digital aesthetic & newfangled Mac 128K.
Her mom was science nerd glad to smock-up for the bench-trench beaker-battle battalions under command of Dr Ochsner saluting Nixon’s jingo War On Cancer. So, I spent many afternoons and evening hours roaming those same labs Jack describes. We’d all stop by afternoons, or post dinner out, to check on her experiments in-progress, chat with students roaming the hallways & labs. Who knew it was also America’s hang for well-heeled modern bio-weaponeers & the original ßeta role model for Fauci 1.0 was strutting the corridors….
So, I can vouch for the extravagant nuke and other exotic gear on-site - exactly as required to fabricate the deadly pathogens Dr Kruse claims.
